Shipping

We only ship to the Lower 48 States in the United States. Burlap and Silk understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order as it comes in. Orders are processed during our regular business hours of 8AM-5PM Pacific Time, Monday to Friday except on holidays. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing once full payment is received. Shipping method and delivery period depend on order size and shipping destination. We do not ship internationally. We reserve the right to cancel and to not accept international orders. Orders are shipped from our location in Gridley, California.

Orders placed before 2PM Pacific Time are shipped same day, except on weekends and during holidays.  

  1. FREE SHIPPING. Orders over $399 will receive free shipping. This will be reflected at the cart and at checkout page. Please allow 1-5 business days for delivery. This shipping promotion is only available for Contiguous US orders. 
  2. GROUND SHIPPING. Please allow 1-5 business days for delivery. Please keep in mind that Burlap and Silk is not responsible for unexpected postal shipping delays and unfortunately cannot reimburse shipping costs for delayed shipments.
  3. CUSTOMER DEADLINES. We kindly ask that customers do not provide us with deadlines but instead order accordingly with our current shipping times. If our order processing time frame does not work for your deadline, please contact us BEFORE placing your order and we will be more than happy to check some options or if we can accommodate. :-)

Our system automatically computes the shipping fee using our USPS and/or FedEx portal, depending on what's applicable. However, depending on the weight of the order and the shipping destination, Burlap and Silk reserves the right to choose which carrier to use. We kindly ask that customers do not provide us with their own shipping accounts but instead order/work accordingly with our current shipping options.

RETURNED PACKAGES DUE TO INCORRECT ADDRESSES PROVIDED BY CUSTOMERS We promptly ship orders and we kindly ask customers to review their shipping addresses after placing an order. We cannot be held responsible for returned packages due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. We will not be able to refund the shipping because we've already paid USPS/FedEx for the sent packages. Re-shipping the items will require re-payment of the shipping fees.
